Ontario Teacher's Insurance Plan Case study was done by me and my group in which we found the actual problem and the reason why not new teachers are not joining OTIP.
We also suggested what can be done to fix the problems which OTIP is facing and how they can increase their customer base.
In this project, I designed a poster for my peer. Before designing, a lot of research was done by my end including type faces, fonts, color choices as per peer’s likes and dislikes, mood-boards and wire-frames before coming to this final poster.
